Medicus has been designed in order to manage the work of medical clinics and surgeries and may be used by various specialties: gynecology, ophthalmology, dentistry etc.
The program works perfectly in a computer network and, among others, it allows
to:
- run the register of patients
- register performed treatments in the patients record (many specialties)
- plan treatments : even a few options of one operation with the possibility
of
attaching pictures
- directly settle the accounts for visits (register payments without the printout of fiscal documents) or to settle the accounts by means of an invoice, bill or receipt
- run the schedule of visits according to doctors or posts (chairs)
- run the archives of pictures and VIDEO films: the program cooperates with
cameras,
microscopes etc.
- communicate with the patient
via e-mail and SMS messages
- use internal communication system: ALERTS and communicator
- prepare detailed statistics necessary in order to generate financial reports of the clinic
- use Stock module, which helps to keep a record of material and medicine usage
